Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż, instalacja, integracja oraz uruchomienie centrum tokarsko-frezarskiego CNC, wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem, w siedzibie Zamawiającego. 2. W ramach realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) Dostawy centrum tokarsko-frezarskiego CNC 5 – osiowego do siedziby Zamawiającego na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy. 2) Rozładunku, montażu, posadowienia oraz kotwienia (jeżeli wymagane). 3) Wykonania podłączeń elektrycznych, pneumatycznych, chłodniczych i komunikacyjnych. 4) Uruchomienia technologicznego oraz konfiguracji. 5) Przeprowadzenia szkolenia personelu Zamawiającego. 6) Wykonania testów odbiorowych. 7) Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia modeli 3D dostarczanego centrum tokarsko-frezarskiego CNC, w formatach neutralnych (np. STEP lub Parasolid), umożliwiających ich wykorzystanie w systemach CAD/CAM, w szczególności do tworzenia i weryfikacji postprocesorów, symulacji obróbki oraz przygotowania środowiska cyfrowego bliźniaka…
