Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wymiana lampy RTG oraz płyty serującej Coolimator Control Board w tomografie komputerowym typ Optima 660 CT nr 390617HM9 produkcji GE Healtcare z wykonaniem testów akceptacyjnych i specjalistycznych oraz innych czynności serwisowych wymaganych do przekazania użytkownikowi sprawnego aparatu do pracy. Przedmiotowy aparat wyprodukowano w roku 2015. Obecnie w tomografie komputerowym zainstalowana jest lampa RTG typ Preformix 40 Plus Green na ciekłym łożysku. 2. Wymagany zakres: • Część – NOWA lampa RTG typ Preformix 40 Plus Green lub równoważna • Wymiana lampy wraz z płytą elektroniczną Coolimator Control Board • Dostawa i montaż części zamiennych na koszt Wykonawcy • Uruchomienie tomografu • Ustawienie i regulacja odpowiednich wartości nastawień (wyskalowanie generatora, ustawienie automatyki zaczernień) • Wykonanie pomiarów parametrów jakości zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami w zakresie Ustawy Prawo Atomowe i wszelkimi związanymi z nią rozporządzeniami…
