Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zakup i dostawę środków trwałych i wyposażenia na potrzeby PSZOK, - mobilnego PSZOK tj. „Zakup i dostawa samochodów dostawczych o dopuszczalnej masie całkowitej do 3,5 t ” w tym : a) samochodu dostawczego do 3,5 t. 3- osobowego z wysoką zabudową typu wywrotka z silnikiem wysokoprężnym, b) samochodu dostawczego do 3,5 t. z dubelkabiną wyposażonego w zabudowę z funkcją wywrotki z silnikiem wysokoprężnym, c) samochodu osobowego o napędzie elektrycznym z przestrzenią ładunkową. Samochody muszą być fabrycznie nowe z datą produkcji nie wcześniej niż z 2027 roku.
