Description
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup 5 pojazdów samochodowych z podziałem na zadania: Zadanie nr 1 – zakup pojazdu typu SUV z napędem 4×4; Zadanie nr 2 – zakup pojazdu typu SUV z napędem 4×4; Zadanie nr 3 – zakup osobowego vana/busa z napędem 4×4; Zadanie nr 4 – zakup osobowego vana/busa z napędem 4×4; Zadanie nr 5 – zakup elektrycznego samochodu dostawczego typu furgon. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający wymaga aby wszystkie dostarczane w ramach Umowy pojazdy, w tym ich fabryczne wyposażenie, komponenty elektroniczne, oprogramowanie a także powiązane z nimi usługi cyfrowe, telematyczne i procesy ICT, nie obejmowały: - produktów ICT, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; - produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie…
