Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usług związanych z wykonaniem prac konserwacyjnych na wałach przeciwpowodziowych, które będą polegały na ich dwukrotnym wykoszeniu w każdym roku kalendarzowym w latach 2027-2029, na terenie działania Zarządu Zlewni w Nowym Sączu. Umowy cząstkowe będą zawierane wg potrzeb danego Nadzoru/ Nadzorów. Celem przeprowadzenia niniejszego postępowania jest zawarcie umowy ramowej pomiędzy Zamawiającym a maksymalnie siedmioma Wykonawcami w celu ustalenia warunków zamówień jakie mogą zostać udzielone w okresie od podpisania umowy do 36 miesięcy, zwane dalej „zamówieniami cząstkowymi”.
