Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) Dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, i 4e do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego; 2) Dostawa akcesoriów do aparatu do brachyterapii HDR, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w Załączniku numer 4f do SWZ; 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 – Transporter blatów (25 sztuk) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 – Stacja planowania leczenia do brachyterapii (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 – Zamrażarka laboratoryjna (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; Część 4 – Zestaw kardiomonitorów (1 komplet) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4d do SWZ; Część 5 – Sprzęt niezbędny do przeprowadzenia modernizacji systemu monitorowania (1 komplet) o…
