Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup implantów ortopedycznych, implantów do zabiegów neurochirurgicznych, endoprotez oraz narzędzi medycznych, dla Szpitala Ogólnego w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem. Wykonawca przystępujący do przetargu winien przystąpić do całości zamówienia lub do danego pakietu zachowując numer ustalony przez Zamawiającego. Oferty cząstkowe do wybranych pozycji będą odrzucone. 1. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych (do pakietu). 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wielkość i zakres: Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z następujących pakietów: Pakiet nr 1: Śruby, gwoździe, Rusha, Kirshnera. Pakiet nr 2: Narzędzia ortopedyczne.
