1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa samochodów na potrzeby wojewódzkich samorządowych jednostek organizacyjnych, z podziałem na 9 części zamówienia, opisanych w SWZ. 2. Wykonawca ma zrealizować przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie z dokumentami zamówienia w szczególności z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia oraz projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy.
