Rodzaj (asortyment), oraz ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, określono w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz cenowy. 4. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
