Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa polielektrolitu do odwadniania osadów przefermentowanych w wirówkach dekantacyjnych do oczyszczalni ścieków Gdańsk Wschód ul. Benzynowa 26 w Gdańsku w łącznej ilości 170 Mg (ton). Wymagana postać dostaw polielektrolitu: proszek w opakowaniach po ok. 500 kg (tzw. big-bagi). Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia, zostały zawarte w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy w sprawie niniejszego zamówienia publicznego stanowiącym Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
