Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 22 sztuk fabrycznie nowych, niskopodłogowych autobusów miejskich, celem obsługi jednolitego zunifikowanego systemu transportu, w tym: 8 szt. klasy MINI o długości max. 9000 mm oraz 14 szt. klasy MAXI o długości max 11000 mm, przystosowanych do przewozu osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zasilanych syntetycznym olejem napędowym HVO 100 dla Andrychowskiego Zakładu Komunikacyjnego Sp. z o.o. w Andrychowie na warunkach określonych w SWZ oraz w załącznikach stanowiących jej integralną część. Zamawiający dopuszcza, aby oferowane autobusy w ramach każdej z klas autobusów, tj. MINI oraz MAXI były jednej marki lub różnych marek autobusów w klasie MINI i w klasie MAXI, z zastrzeżeniem, że wszystkie autobusy w obrębie danej klasy muszą pochodzić od jednego producenta, być tej samej marki i typu, posiadać identyczną konstrukcję, kompletację, wyposażenie oraz układ napędowy.
