Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa i uruchomienie urządzeń oraz sprzętu do rehabilitacji w zakresie niżej wymienionych zadań: Zadanie 1. Aparat do głębokiej stymulacji elektromagnetycznej - 1 szt. Zadanie 2. Wanna do kąpieli wirowej kończyn górnych - 2 szt. Zadanie 3. Wanna do kąpieli wirowej kończyn dolnych - 1 szt. Zadanie 4. Aparat z funkcją elektroterapii, laseroterapii i magnetoterapii - 1 szt. Zadanie 5. Aparat do terapii podciśnieniowej - 1 szt. Zadanie 6. Urządzenie wibracyjne do rehabilitacji - 1 kpl. Zadanie 7. Stół rehabilitacyjny – zestaw Zadanie 8.
