Description
1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa licencji Dynatrace Managed typu Host Units, zwanych dalej „Oprogramowaniem” wraz z gwarancją lub rozwiązania równoważnego. 2. Termin realizacji/okres obowiązywania 2.1. Termin realizacji zamówienia wynosi 5 dni kalendarzowych od dnia zawarcia Umowy (zamówienie podstawowe) oraz 5 dni kalendarzowych od dnia zawiadomienia Wykonawcy o skorzystaniu z Prawa Opcji przez Zamawiającego (zamówienie opcjonalne). 2.2. Okres obowiązywania Oprogramowania dla zamówienia podstawowego wynosi 60 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru. 2.3. Okres obowiązywania Oprogramowania dla zamówienia opcjonalnego wynosi maksymalnie 60 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru.
