1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa subskrypcji rozszerzeń (Management Packów, adapterów i dodatków) na okres 24 miesięcy do posiadanych przez Zamawiającego platform VCF Operations (VMware Aria Operations) oraz VCF Operations for Logs (VMware Aria Operations for Logs), objętych subskrypcją VMware vSphere Foundation, spełniających wymagania określone w Załączniku nr 1 do Umowy (dalej jako „Oprogramowanie”); 2) wdrożenie Oprogramowania w infrastrukturze Zamawiającego na warunkach i w zakresie określonych w Załączniku nr 2 do Umowy (dalej jako „Wdrożenie”); 3) zapewnienie przypisanego do subskrypcji 24-miesięcznego wsparcia technicznego producenta Oprogramowania (dalej jako Wsparcie Producenta) oraz świadczenie pomocy technicznej Wykonawcy na zasadach określonych w § 7 (dalej jako „Wsparcie Wykonawcy”); 4) świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usług rozwoju Oprogramowania w ramach łącznego limitu 200 roboczogodzin, w okresie od dnia Wdrożenia Oprogramowania do dnia zakończenia obowiązywania…
