Przedmiotem zamówienia są: 1) dostawa infrastruktury, licencji na oprogramowanie oraz wykonanie wdrożenia i migracji Usługi CSZU zgodnie z wymaganiami SWZ; 2) świadczenie usług gwarancyjnych dla wdrożonego środowiska Usług CSZU przez okres 24 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego bez zastrzeżeń; 3) świadczenie usług wsparcia technicznego (proaktywnego) dotyczącego wdrożonej Usługi CSZU w wymiarze łącznie 36 (trzydziestu sześciu) roboczogodzin do wykorzystania przez Zamawiającego w okresie 12 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego bez zastrzeżeń.
