1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i montaż kompletnych mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych dla 8 obiektów użyteczności publicznej, montaż magazynów energii dla 9 budynków, modernizację istniejącej instalacji wyłączników ppoż. i wykonanie niezbędnych robót ogólnobudowlanych towarzyszących oraz systemu monitoringu produkcji energii. 2. Zakres zamówienia oraz jego opis znajduje się w SWZ oraz w załącznikach do SWZ tj.: szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) , projektowanych postanowieniach umowy. 3. Stosownie do treści art. 95 ust. 1 Ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych Zamawiający informuje, że stawia wymagania w zakresie zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy osób wykonujących czynności w zakresie realizacji zamówienia polegające na wykonaniu pracy w sposób określony art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy (t.j.
