1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: utrzymanie porządku i czystości ulic (rynsztoków), chodników, zatok postojowych, parkingów na terenie miasta Ostróda w latach 2027, 2028, 2029, w tym: 1) Część 1: Część północna miasta Ostróda; 2) Część 2: Część południowa miasta Ostróda; zgodnie z wykazem terenów objętych zamówieniem (załącznik nr 5.1 do SWZ- dla części 1, 5.2 do SWZ- dla części 2), opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 6.1 do SWZ- dla części 1, 6.2 do SWZ- dla części 2) oraz wzorem umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). 2. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość ograniczenia przedmiotu umowy do wysokości rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego wynikających z utrzymania porządku i czystości ulic (rynsztoków), chodników, zatok postojowych, parkingów na terenie miasta Ostróda lub poprzez wyłączenie z jej zakresu ulic powiatowych będących na terenie miasta Ostróda, w przypadku niepodpisania lub rozwiązania zawartego porozumienia pomiędzy Gminą Miejską Ostróda, a Powiatem Ostródzkim którego przedmiotem…
