1. Składowej 5”. 2. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób realizacji zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ projektowane postanowienia umowy (wzór umowy).
