Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup i dostawa bezwkładowego automatycznego wstrzykiwacza do tomografii komputerowej wraz z instalacją i montażem urządzenia dla potrzeb Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ – Oferta Cenowa. 2. Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne urządzenia określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 4 do SWZ. Zamówienie obejmuje również: 1) transport urządzenia do miejsca przeznaczenia, 2) instalacja i montaż, 3) koszt corocznych przeglądów serwisowych w okresie trwania gwarancji, 4) dostawa do 4 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy, 5) 36 miesięczną gwarancję liczoną od daty podpisania przez upoważnionych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego i Wykonawcy „Protokołu końcowego odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia”. 6) W ramach gwarancji Wykonawca zapewnia w cenie oferty sprawność urządzenia, w tym: • przeglądy serwisowe wraz ze wszystkimi częściami niezbędnymi do wykonania przeglądów, zgodnie z wymaganiami producenta • wszystkie naprawy, przeglądy, konserwacje wraz z…
