1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie 1 sztuki aparatu USG z funkcją echokardiografii oraz 1 sztuki aparatu USG, zwanych dalej „sprzętem”. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu „Parametry wymagane” (zał. 2 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FPW”), formularz ten winien bezwzględnie być złożony wraz z formularzem oferty (zał. 1 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FO”). 3. Zamówienie składa się 2 zadań: a) Zadanie nr 1 – Aparat USG z funkcją echokardiografii – 1 sztuka; b) Zadanie nr 2 – Aparat USG – 1 sztuka;
