Profilaktyczne leczenie chorych na migrenę przewlekłą B.133. 3. Leczenie dystonii ogniskowych i połowiczego kurczu twarzy B.28. 4. Leczenie pacjentów ze spastycznością kończyn z użyciem toksyny botulinowej typu A B.57. 5. Leczenie terapią bezinterferonową chorych na przewlekłe wirusowe zapalenie wątroby typu C B.71. 6. Leczenie zaburzeń motorycznych w przebiegu zaawansowanej choroby Parkinsona B.90. 7. Leczenie chorych z ciężką postacią astmy B.44. określonych w Pakiecie od 1 do 12.
