Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja systemu zaopatrzenia w wodę poprzez wykonanie usług polegających na dostawie i montażu wodomierzy wodomierzy (część I), zasuw (część II), poidełek (część III) oraz dostawę i nasadzeniu drzew (część IV). Zakres rzeczowy części I : • Zakup, dostawa i montaż wodomierzy przystosowanych do odczytu radiowego – 1 480.szt. ( w tym DN20- 1430 szt. oraz DN 40- 50 szt.) Uwaga: Wszelkie koszty związane z transportem oraz rozładunkiem urządzeń będącym przedmiotem zamówienia ponosi Wykonawca. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a,2a oraz 3a- do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, lokalizacje oraz przedmiar robót). Zakres rzeczowy części II : • Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usług polegających na dostawie i montażu zasuw 55 szt. Uwaga: Wszelkie koszty związane z transportem oraz rozładunkiem urządzeń będącym przedmiotem zamówienia ponosi Wykonawca. 2.
