Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót wchodzących w zakres Kontraktu W-4/R „Rozbudowa i modernizacja sieci wodociągowej na terenie miasta Torunia”. Kontrakt obejmuje 15 zadań dotyczących budowy, przebudowy i wymiany sieci wodociągowych na terenie miasta Torunia, w tym w zakresie wskazanym w OPZ także przyłączy. Roboty będą realizowane zgodnie z Warunkami Kontraktowymi dla Budowy dla robót inżynieryjno-budowlanych projektowanych przez Zamawiającego, czwarte wydanie angielsko-polskie niezmienione 2008, tłumaczenie pierwszego angielskiego oryginału wydanego w 1999 roku przez Międzynarodową Federację Inżynierów-Konsultantów (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils – FIDIC). Zakres obejmuje w szczególności roboty dotyczące sieci wodociągowych w ulicach: Grota-Roweckiego, Rudackiej, Łódzkiej, Witkowskiego, Trasa Prezydenta Raczkiewicza, Grudziądzkiej, Storczykowej, PCK, Rydygiera, Mocarskiego, Łyskowskiego, Filomatów Pomorskich, Leśnej, Gałczyńskiego, Gagarina…
