Description
6.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu RTG dla Szpitalnego Oddziału Ratunkowego wraz z integracją z systemem PACS/RIS oraz adaptacją pomieszczenia 6.2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i stosowania na terytorium Polski, jak również zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawnymi, musi posiadać wszelkie niezbędne atesty i inne dokumenty ujęte w SWZ. 6.3. Szczegółowy opis/warunki dot. przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ oraz: szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące parametrów techniczno-użytkowych przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w Załączniku nr 2b do SWZ.
