Pod metalic modular pentru interventii in cazul situatiilor de urgenta Achiziționarea unui pod metalic modular relocabil este esențială pentru C.N.A.I.R. – S.A., având ca scop asigurarea continuității circulației rutiere și creșterea capacității de intervenție operativă în situațiile în care infrastructura existentă este afectată de degradări, fenomene naturale, accidente, restricții de circulație sau necesită lucrări de reabilitare și consolidare. Descrierea produsului este disponibila in Caietul de Sarcini din cadrul prezentei documentatii de atribuire. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 din Legea 98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala.
