În cadrul acestui contract se vor achizitiona SERVICII DE PROIECTARE ȘI EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI PENTRU OBIECTIVUL DE INVESTIȚIE „CONSOLIDAREA/REABILITAREA PASAJULUI VICTORIEI”. Expertiza realizată în anul 2023 prin care se stabilește starea tehnică actuală a PASAJULUI VICTORIEI, relevă lucrările necesare pentru aducerea pasajului într-o stare tehnică bună, conform normelor în vigoare. Prin realizarea obiectivului de investiții se va asigura circulația în condiții de siguranță și confort pe pasajul „PASAJUL VICTORIEI.” De asemenea, se va aduce pasajul într-o stare tehnică corespunzătoare cerințelor de rezistență și siguranță cerute de standardele în vigoare. Lucrările de intervenție sunt necesare protejării construcției existente, care în timp pot suferi degradări semnificative determinate de deficiențele constructive constatate, cauzate, în special, de infiltrații prin rosturi și hidroizolații degradate pe structurile consolidate.
