Proiectare şi execuție lucrări în cadrul proiectului „Îndesirea rețelei de sprijin pentru lucrări hidrografice pe Dunăre în scopul dezvoltării şi întreținerii infrastructurii de cale navigabilă”, in conform. cu cer. din Caietul de sarcini – Sect. II a documentatiei de atribuire (DA). CLAUZĂ SUSPENSIVĂ: "Procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziție sectoriala (ct. achiz. sect.) este inițiată sub incidența prezentei clauze suspensive (clauz. susp.), în sensul că încheierea ct. achiz. sect. este condiționată de obtinerea/aprobarea fondurilor necesare acestei achizitii, semnarea contractului (ct.) fiind posibila doar in situatia in care se respecta dispozițiile referitoare la angajarea ch. din bugetele care intră sub incidența legislației privind finantelor publice.
