Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, cnf.art.161 alin.(1) din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
