Se vor executa, in conformitate cu cerințele proiectului tehnic si a caietelor de sarcini, respectiv – Lucrări de Construire Hotel [spații de cazare și funcțiuni conexe], amenajări exterioare, alei carosabile și pietonale, spații parcare, utilități și branşamente, organizarea execuției lucrarilor, regim inaltime D+P+Mz+4E, în cadrul proiectului “CONSTRUIRE HOTEL [SPAȚII DE CAZARE ŞI FUNCȚIUNI CONEXE] AMENAJĂRI EXTERIOARE, ALEI CAROSABILE ŞI PIETONALE, SPAȚII PARCARE, UTILITĂȚI ŞI BRANŞAMENTE, ORGANIZAREA EXECUȚIEI LUCRĂRILOR”, finanțat prin PROGRAMUL TRANZITIE JUSTA 2021 - 2027.
