Furnizare echipamente necesare pentru dotarea blocului alimentar si spalatoriei Spitalului de Boli Cronice Comuna Smeeni, Județul Buzău. Autoritatea contractantă certifică în mod explicit că a verificat categoriile prevăzute în HG 427/2025 pentru aprobarea Programului național de achiziții ecologice 2025–2030, iar achiziția pe care o derulează nu se poate încadra la niciuna dintre acestea. Având în vedere obiectul procedurii (Cod CPV 39141000-1), s-au analizat anexele HG nr. 427/2025. S-a constatat că produsele/serviciile solicitate nu fac parte din categoriile cu ținte anuale obligatorii de achiziții verzi, prin urmare procedura nu este afectată de prevederile acesteia.
