Procedura se finalizeaza cu atribuirea unui Acord Cadtru incheiat cu un singur operator ecoomic fara reofertare , perioada de derulare = 24 luni.In cadrul Acordului cadru se vor atribui 3 contracte subsecvente fara reluarea competitiei, astfel: Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia odata cu Acordul Cadru la pretul din oferta pentru - Set motor chirurgical ortopedie, in container pentru sterilizare = 1 buc.
