Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, pentru ca ofertanții să aibă la dispoziție 10 zile înainte de termenul limită pentru pregătirea documentației.
