Pentru asigurarea întreținerii corespunzătoare și a exploatării în condiții optime a Acumulării Lesu, jud. Bihor, este necesară dotarea cu un buldozer acvatic destinat executării lucrărilor specifice de întreținere și intervenție în zona acvatică a barajului. La ora actuală rezultatele acțiunilor de igienizare a cursurilor de apă au eficiență limitată în condițiile în care se constată deficiențe în modul de gestionare al deșeurilor cu surse de proveniențe menajere cu caracter difuz, lipsuri în mentalitatea colectivă, situație ce conduce la antrenarea acestora pe diferite căi în rețeaua hidrografică și implicit propagarea acestora în context transfrontalier.
