Description
Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie prestarea serviciilor de mentenanță preventivă pentru echipamentele și aparatura medicală din cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Urgență „Sf. Pantelimon”, conform caietului de sarcini, specificațiilor tehnice și frecvențelor de mentenanță stabilite pentru fiecare categorie de echipamente. Serviciile vor fi prestate în condiții de siguranță, conformitate, operativitate, calitate și eficiență financiară, în baza contractelor subsecvente atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, pentru echipamentele aferente. Acordul-cadru se va încheia pe o durată de 36 luni, cu un singur operator economic, fără reluarea competiției, în condițiile stabilite prin documentația de atribuire.
