Achiziția execuției de lucrări, se va realiza în baza Proiect Tehnic nr. 392/2024 elaborat de SC TEHNO CONSULTING SOLUTION SRLși are ca obiect ”Eficientizare energetica a clădirilor rezidențiale din municipiul Hunedoara- BL. E5, B-dul Dacia nr. 2". Investiția prevăzută în cadrul proiectului "Eficientizarea energetică a clădirilor rezidențiale din Municipiul Hunedoara – Bloc E5, B-dul Dacia, Nr. 2" se va realiza la blocul de locuințe situat la adresa: B-dul Dacia nr. 2, Bloc E5, LOC. HUNEDOARA, JUD. HUNEDOARA. Blocul de locuințe face parte din Asociația de proprietari Gambrinus. Terenul destinat investiției se află în intravilanul localității Hunedoara având CF nr. 60190, nr. Cadastral 2064/44. Blocul a fost construit în anul 1963 și are regimul de înălțime P+4E, risc seismic clasa III. Obiectivul general al proiectului de față este creșterea eficienței energetice și reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră la nivelul clădirilor rezidențiale din municipiul Hunedoara – Bloc E5…
