Beneficiarul investitiei doreste punerea in valoare a potentialului pe care Ansamblul Cetății Aradului il are. În acest fel se poate raspunde tuturor factorilor de interes pe care un spatiu urban amenajat le poate oferi publicului larg. Imbunatatirea calitatii mediului, poate fi concepută, pe de o parte, prin imbunatatirea structurii terenului. Îmbunătațirea calitatii vietii poate fi atinsă prin reabilitarea și refuncționalizarea acestei zone, cu o arhitectura moderna, actuala, cu noi zone. „Curatenia arhitecturala” a spatiului aduce un aport pozitiv in cresterea calitatii vietii. Cetatea pentru care se dorește elaborarea documentației de urbanism PUZ și RLU aferent, are o suprafață de cca 81 hectare, proprietar Municipiul Arad, cu drept de administrare Consiliul Local al Municipiului Arad, respectiv Statul român (93 mp, cu drept de administrare STS). Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, cu 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, solicitărilor de clarificare adresate…
