Prezenta procedură are ca obiect „ Achiziție prin leasing financiar - Autoutilitara de 5,2 tone cu cabina dubla si accesorii tip sararita - 2 Buc ”, destinata dotării parcului auto al Autorității Contractante pentru asigurarea activităților de întreținere a drumurilor publice .Contractul include: Finanțarea și furnizarea acestora , cu dotările și caracteristicile tehnice minime prevăzute în Caietul de Sarcini.Transferul dreptului de proprietate asupra bunurilor către Autoritatea Contractantă la sfârșitul perioadei de leasing, după achitarea valorii reziduale.
