Predmetom zákazky je pravidelná dodávka elektrickej energie do odberných miest pre Mesto Liptovský Mikuláš a jeho organizácie v zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, distribúcie a spotrebnej dane v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov SR, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2027 s možnosťou opcie na ďalších 12 mesiacov do 31.12.2028.
