Predmet zákazky zahŕňa najmä: analýzu a detailný návrh riešenia, vývoj informačného systému, testovanie, nasadenie a školenia, služby štandardnej technickej podpory (SLA) a služby rozvoja v rozsahu podľa zmluvy a samostatných príloh.
