Description
El pliego tiene por objeto contratar una asistencia técnica especializada para la preparación del futuro CAPÍTULO INTERREG VII-A ESPAÑA-FRANCIA-ANDORRA POCTEFA 2028-2034. Se enmarca en la nueva política de cohesión europea 2028-2034 y en la necesidad de elaborar el nuevo «Capítulo Interreg POCTEFA» que deberá presentarse a la Comisión Europea para permitir el inicio del programa en enero de 2028. El territorio elegible, en el momento de redactar este pliego, está en curso de consolidación: a priori se prevé el mismo respecto al periodo 2021-2027, no obstante, se confirmará más adelante. La principal novedad es la introducción de una lógica de gestión basada en el rendimiento, que condicionará la definición de objetivos, indicadores y resultados del futuro programa. El objetivo es elaborar toda la documentación necesaria para presentar el Capítulo INTERREG VII A POCTEFA 2028-2034 a la Comisión Europea, así como dar los primeros pasos en su implementación.
