Vinterhistorik järnväg. Behov av ett flerårigt uppdrag att årligen leverera data från SMHI´s meterologiska mätstationer, redovisat i rapportform. Behov av rapporter är årligen cirka: • 30 utfallsrapporter som avser senaste vinterperioden, med leverans i början på maj • 4 till 6 statistikrapporter inför upphandling av nya baskontrakt järnväg.
