Description

Upphandlingen omfattar byggarbeten inom Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Inom ramavtalet kommer att avropas byggarbeten avseende service, avhjälpande och planerat underhåll och ROT-projekt (Renovering-Ombyggnad-Tillbyggnad). Arbeten kommer i huvudsak att ske i/på byggnader med pågående verksamhet. I byggarbetena ingår även utifrån varje avrops förutsättningar för det aktuella avropet erforderliga kompletterande arbeten såsom exempelvis rivnings, avfuktnings-, vs-, ventilation-, el-, målning-, golvläggning- och markarbete.
