Description
Handledning innebär att ge stöd till kommunens personal i deras yrkesroll, antingen enskilt eller i grupp. Syftet med handledningen är att stärka, stödja och kompetensutveckla personal både på operativ nivå och mellanchefs-/arbetsledarnivå. Handledaren ska inte hantera arbetsmiljöfrågor, om det inte förankrats hos kommunen på chefsnivå först. Exempel på personal och personalgrupper som omfattas av handledning är: - Handläggare med myndighetsutövning - Familjehemshandläggare - Personal vid hemtjänst, boendestöd, grupp- & servicebostäder, korttidsboende, daglig verksamhet, elevhem, stödboende och HVB - Personal vid öppenvårdsverksamheter - Enhetschefer och arbetsledare - Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal. - Personal i Elevhälsan som arbetar inom för- och grundskolan.
