Le marché concerne un contrat avec un groupement pluridisciplinaire de mandataires composé des compétences d’un architecte (pilote), d’un ingénieur civil, d’un ingénieur bois et des ingénieurs spécialisés en installations techniques du bâtiment CVSE, physicien en bâtiment, spécialiste en concept énergétique et spécialiste AEAI. Toutes les phases SIA 31 à 53 doivent être chiffrées à part pour l'architecte dont la phase 31 est quasiment achevée et pour laquelle un quota d'heures est prévu pour l'étude des façades et la dépose du dossier de la demande préalable. Le projet est la transformation et l'agrandissement de l'école existante.
