Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb, Support und Wartung sämtlicher IT-Komponenten, ca. 70 Workstations (32 FES Bezirk Meilen, 38 KESB Bezirk Meilen). 17 bestehende Drucker und MFPs (12 Geräte FES Bezirk Meilen, 5 Geräte KESB Bezirk Meilen) müssen integriert werden. 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support (ausgenommen Fachapplikationen und deren Support). Zentrale aktive Netzwerkkomponenten (Server, Switch, Firewall, Netzanschluss an 2 Standorten, FES Meilen und KESB Küsnacht). Ersatz der Clients, Notebooks, Tablets, Server und Netzwerkkomponenten (inkl. WAN und WLAN) im Kaufmodell. Soweit möglich sollen noch aktuelle Komponenten, sofern sie noch im üblichen Lebenszyklus sind, nicht ersetzt werden, sondern erst nach und nach, je nach Bedarf.
