Le soumissionnaire met à disposition des consultants SAP qualifiés conformément aux profils décrits dans le cahier des charges. Les prestations visent à compléter les compétences internes lors de pics de charge, de projets d'évolution, d'activités de maintenance, de support, de paramétrage, ou de toute autre activité nécessitant un renfort temporaire spécialisé. Conformément aux critères d’aptitude du cahier des charges, le soumissionnaire doit proposer au minimum 17 consultants principaux (qui seront évalués dans le cadre de la procédure) et 17 consultants de remplacement (backup – auto-déclaration), soit au minimum 34 ressources distinctes, couvrant les 7 domaines de compétences et les 3 niveaux de séniorité requis.
