Description
Le projet prévoit la réduction des goulets d’étranglement existants au niveau de l’échangeur de Brüttisellen jusqu’à l’échangeur de Zurich Est, ainsi que l’amélioration de la fluidité du trafic. Et ce, par le biais d’une réaffectation permanente de la bande d’arrêt d’urgence (R-BAU) et différentes mesures d’aménagement sur le tracé et sur des ouvrages d’art. D’autres éléments du projet sont l’assainissement du bruit (construction de 5 PAB, remplacement d’une PAB) et le traitement des eaux chaussée (construction de 2 SABA). Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet l’attribution du mandat de laboratoire du maître d’ouvrage (LMO) pour le lot de construction 2 (travaux principaux de gros œuvre) dans les phases de réalisation et de mise en service / clôture.
