Description
L’Université Bastion à Genève fait l’objet d’un projet global de rénovation visant une transformation à la fois architecturale et fonctionnelle de l’ensemble existant. L’objectif des travaux est une revalorisation durable de la structure bâtie, en tenant compte des exigences actuelles en matière d’architecture, d’usage, de technique et d’efficacité énergétique. L’accent est mis sur le développement respectueux du patrimoine bâti historique, tout en intégrant des standards contemporains sur le plan des infrastructures et de l’expression architecturale. Dans ce contexte, des aspects tels que la qualité des espaces, la flexibilité des usages ainsi qu’une approche architecturale claire jouent un rôle central. Les travaux ont d’ores et déjà débuté et l’exploitation du site se poursuit actuellement dans un contexte de chantier en cours. La mise en service est prévue pour l’année académique 2027 / 2028.
