Le présent marché public de services a pour objet la désignation d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire ayant pour mission d’étudier, de programmer, concevoir et encadrer la réalisation et le suivi de l’exécution des travaux relatifs à la REALISATION d’une nouvelle PROXI CLINIQUE sur le site hospitalier d’ARLON. Ce projet s’inscrit dans le Programme Vivalia 2030 de la pérennisation et du développement des soins de santé dans la Province du Luxembourg. Ces travaux s’inscrivent dans le cadre du plan quinquennal AViQ 2024-2028
