L’Accord-cadre conclu avec l’ACAH a pour but de désigner un prestataire de services avec lequel sera conclu un Accord-cadre au bénéfice duquel les Pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires (ci-après PAB), listés ci-après, pourront passer des Commandes suivant la procédure définie aux Clauses contractuelles et aux prix unitaires fixés dans l’Offre. Il s’agit d’un Marché de services pluriannuel portant sur la collecte, le transport, le traitement et le recyclage de déchets hospitaliers au bénéfice des PAB ainsi que la fourniture de fûts et cartons destinés aux déchets B2, au bénéfice des PAB.
